SUMMARY
While in the Krita home screen, floating dockers cannot be spawned via menus nor shortcut ("Show dockers" is greyed out). This makes problematic to open a comic project through the comic manager.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Krita (make sure you have a layout with some floating dockers)
2. In the home screen, settings > show dockers
3. Nothing happens

OBSERVED RESULT
Inability to spawn the dockers

EXPECTED RESULT
Dockers should spawn at any time, as it used to work up until 5.1.5

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Two workarounds: 
1. window > workspace > select a workspace, which will bypass the bug and spawn the dockers anyway
2. open any project, "show dockers" will work again
