Krita version "krita-x64-5.2.0-beta1" STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Activate Comic Book Manager 2. Open a session of krita 3. try to open your Comic Manager project files OBSERVED RESULT There is no access to dockers so you need to open a document to open the correct document with comic manager. Plugin is restricted to a very minor usefulness due to welcome screen lock. EXPECTED RESULT opening a document with comic manager after opening a session SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Windows: 10 Qt Version: 5.12 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Having a option in settings to start with dockers would solve this easily and maintain the "look" for people that don't use projects. Also having the shortcut to show dockers to be active or not at the welcome screen would be a quick and easy way to toggle docker display in case something was forgotten and needed to revert back quickly. Currently the only way to activate a given docker is to reactivate it manually through Settings > Dockers which will only open that single one and not the dockers of the active workspace deformating display from previous session. Also this type of behavior affects the LOG viewer display for python plugin developers in a windows environment which is essential considering there is not connection of Krita with the windows terminal.

If you run the command line executable krita.com instead of krita.exe, you can get terminal output on Windows.

Both the log docker and the comics manager now are shown on the welcome screen.
