Description Daniele Basso 2023-09-17 15:35:49 UTC
SUMMARY

We have two tings doing the same thing. The task manager meanwhile being the default cannot add other things than .desktop who are in the Kickoff or similars... And adding to the panel make them editable with ALT-D/ALT-S mode (edition mode I think? I'm not English Localized)

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Kickoff
2. Select any application and add to the panel
3. Then pin the same application to the task manager.

OBSERVED RESULT

You will have two buttons to open the same application.

EXPECTED RESULT

Now I know that might be a feature... But I might like it if I can merge the concept of pinning and adding to the panel, or at least simplify this logic...
It should not be so easy to implement, but I leave there the idea.
