STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Nothing really, move the cursor around, especially over some HTML elements like in browser which require changing cursor style (eg. from "normal" to "hand" or perhaps "textbox")

OBSERVED RESULT
Upon moving the cursor away from an interractable object, the cursor remains unchanged ("arrow" cursor style when hovering textboxes instead of the "textbox" cursor style etc.)

EXPECTED RESULT
Normal cursor style change like anywhere else

A few questions?
- Are you using Wayland or X11? Does it happen on both, or just one?
- Does the problem reproduce on the same web page in Chromium?
