white effects panel

SUMMARY
Effects panel is completely white upon launching the application. The app is running in a distrobox container and otherwise works fine.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. launch app (in distrobox)

Same thing happens on Wayland :(.

Had to go back to the flatpak version

Solution found in another thread https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=463203
In Ubuntu 22.10, this is caused by a missing dependency:
sudo apt install qml-module-org-kde-kcm
... and also the same whit Ubuntu 23.10

As stated by me in comment #3 at 2023-11-30 20:16:15 the problem is solved, and this bug report may be closed
