All  the notifications in Plasma are cut when bar is on the right.

SUMMARY

All notification's little windows are cut of and not visible on the right side.
***


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  example, open Dolphin
2.  Copy larger file
3.  Look at the right corner

OBSERVED RESULT
This cut off happens with any notification that appears in Plasma.

EXPECTED RESULT
Fix it so the whole notification is visible.

Windows: 
macOS: 
Linux/KDE Plasma:  Fedora 38
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.27.6.
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.108.0
Qt Version: 5.15.10

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I tried this on wayland and X11, the same thing. I'm using 4k resolution. Same thing happens if I have 100% or 150% scaling.

If you increase the length of the Panel that your System Tray widget lives on, does the problem go away?

Yes, I have to make it very large for the notification to be visible in full.
