Go grab a coffee, let your computer fall asleep. Wake it back up. OBSERVED RESULT All internet activity from the Discover app will have ceased and will not continue until you click Cancel and retry updates. EXPECTED RESULT Downloads should resume without me manually tricking them into resuming.
