SUMMARY I decided to give Wayland a try today, but it is still too glitchy. The easiest way I can reproduce this myself, is by being away from the PC for about 30 seconds, not using the mouse or keyboard. When I move it again, the current window flickers showing what is in the background. Example: https://youtu.be/gRuS6vY9OY0 (recorded in 0.25 speed) But even if I don't step away and keep just using it normally, it just randomly flicker here and there. I'm on Manjaro and installed it using the command: sudo pacman -S wayland plasma-wayland-session It's a Nvidia GPU and drivers. Just let me know any more information I could provide. At one point I got the Application Launcher menu to glitch together with the cursor: https://youtu.be/zSVPNLz0xms This glitch in the menu is not happening in the moment, but maybe they are related. I also noticed the menu got a somewhat transparent effect, as it normally has a solid gray background, and as we see in the video, it was a light gray.
