Created attachment 159810 [details] Overflowing combo box SUMMARY Language selectors use GUI components that overflow the display if too many options. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Select menu Settings -> Configure Language... 2. Click one of the Fallback language selectors OBSERVED RESULT Combo box is to large to fit display (see attachement). EXPECTED RESULT Scroll, like the Primary language selector has. SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Linux fedora 6.3.8-200.fc38.x86_64 #1 SMP PREEMPT_DYNAMIC Thu Jun 15 02:15:40 UTC 2023 x86_64 GNU/Linux KDE Plasma Version: 5.27.5 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.107.0 Qt Version: 5.15.10
The ^ v scroll buttons don't appear the first time the list is shown but appear OK if the list is closed and reopened.
KSwitchLanguageDialog does implement that.
Can reproduce. Operating System: KDE neon Unstable Edition KDE Plasma Version: 5.81.0 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.245.0 Qt Version: 6.6.0 Graphics Platform: Wayland

On my system below, the scroll down button will eventually appear, but the scroll up does not appear even if the menu is closed and reopened - on a 2560x1440 screen with the main dialog at the bottom, the very top menu item is still out of view. This happens with both the Primary and Fallback language selectors.
