I would love to have animations enabled in Latte, but having them on (even on 3x speed) causes a serious usability issue for me. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Have standard Plasma application launcher in the panel/dock and default META hotkey to activate it 2. Have animations enabled in Latte 3. Press META and _quickly_ start typing an application name, e.g. META - k - e - e - p - a - s - s OBSERVED RESULT Keys are ignored after pressing META, until panel show & launcher indicator animations finish. The result is that instead "keepass", something like "epass" is typed in the launcher instead. EXPECTED RESULT Keys are not ignored, "keepass" is typed into launcher. SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS KDE Plasma Version: 5.27.4 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.105.0 Qt Version: 5.15.9 (qt5-base: 5.15.9+kde+r151 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION I am not entirely sure, but I think this was not (such) a problem earlier, starting applications through quick typing of "META+first few letters of an app" has always been my primary way of launching apps (I do not really use KRunner that much). Since I currently have to have animations disabled, I have found another bug related to that: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=469099
