STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Disable animations, set panel to auto hide, set show/hide delay to 'none' or a low value (in my case anything less than 12 ms, but that might differ on different computers)

OBSERVED RESULT
Auto Hide functionality is broken, the panel does not show up after hiding.

EXPECTED RESULT
Auto Hide works as expected.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Dodge Active/All functionality is also very wonky in this scenario, but Auto Hide does not work at all.
