SUMMARY

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use Russian locale (not sure if required)
2. Open System Settings -> Keyboard shortcuts
3. Click to change the shortcut for "open 1st button on taskbar"
4. Hit Meta/Windows key

OBSERVED RESULT
The shortcut is displayed like in the screenshot.

EXPECTED RESULT
The shortcut should say either "Meta" or "Мета".
