See screenshot. Line In/Out is fully translated, and have been for a long time, but the interface does not reflect that. Also, positional labels like Front End etc. also is not translated, so it looks like it's not limited to Kmix.

In addition, on the upper right corner, Analog Input labels are not exposed for translating, couldn't find those strings among the catalogues.

Using KDE neon Unstable Developer Edition

The screen shots appear to be of the volume control and KCM for the Plasma PulseAudio control applet, not classic KMix.  Reassigning.
