STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Screens: 2k@100% left, 4k@200% right + primary
2. Go to standby
3.  Wake up and login back again

OBSERVED RESULT
The panel and opened applications appear blurry on the primary screen. This can be "fixed" by changing the screen configuration and reverting it back again or by restarting the applications.
