Here's the scenario:
when viewing a pdf file only part of the page fits on my screen I find this annoying so I set the view to landscape which yields the whole page on the screen (I'm on a laptop so I can easily turn the screen).

BUT: when doing this part of the page is cut of: 
+ in landscape-mode the top 10 lines aren't displayed 
+ in seascape-mode the bottom 10 lines aren't displayed
