SUMMARY
When I lock my screen for a while, then unlock my computer, the desktop icons disappear! The only way to show the desktop icons is to restart plasmashell.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Lock the screen (don't use sleep mode, just lock) for a while
2. Unlock the screen
3. Desktop icons are missing

OBSERVED RESULT
Desktop icons are missing after unlocking

EXPECTED RESULT
Desktop icons should still show even after leaving it for a while, then unlocking

Eek. If you restart plasmashell with `systemctl restart --user plasma-plasmashell.service`, do the icons come back?

Also there's a chance this *might* have been fixed with the fix for Bug 464873, which will be released with Plasma 5.27.3 in a week. So if we haven't figured the issue out by then, it would be grat if you could upgrade to 5.27.3 once it's released and re-test.

Also if restarting plasma fixes it, it's probably Bug 466823.

Actually the symptoms look identical; duping now.
