Honestly, not sure under what product should this fall, so taking a guess (hopefully you can help reassign it to the right team) SUMMARY *** I've been using a panel, placed on the top of the screen, and mainly using the floating panel mode. The position and style of The Status and Notification is consistent across 3, is there a way to change this? could it be an issue with theme?*** STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Edit top panel 2. Select/Unselect Floating panel mode 3. Check the system tray Arrow for more tools, notification 4. Compare the visual style across the various combination (screengrab attached) OBSERVED RESULT 1. The Status and Notification drop down alignment is balanced, if the panel was not floating. https://imgur.com/BM2CA2G 2. The Status and Notification drop down alignment is fine, for floating panel, but my app is on full screen. https://imgur.com/O4EGfLj 3. The Status and Notification drop down alignment feels out of place, when the floating panel with rounded edges and there's padding from the right edge as in the image. https://imgur.com/y0bn6ak EXPECTED RESULT 1. Position of Status and Notification changes based on panel style to feel consistent SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS OS: Arch Linux x86_64 Kernel: 6.1.14-1-lts Shell: bash 5.1.16 Resolution: 1366x768 DE: Plasma 5.27.1 WM: KWin WM Theme: Dexy-Aurorae Theme: [Plasma], Dexy-GTK [GTK2/3] Icons: Tela-dracula-dark [Plasma], Tela-dracula-dark [GTK2/3 KDE Framework: 5.103.0 Qt: 5.15.8
