SUMMARY
In Desktop Grid view, the current desktop under the mouse cursor does not have the highlighted edge.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enter Desktop Grid view
2. Mouse over a desktop
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
The highlighted edge stays around the first desktop

EXPECTED RESULT
The highlighted edge should follow which desktop is in "focus" under the mouse.

Can confirm. Looks like the highlight is only used for keyboard focus right now, and there's no hover highlight.
