SUMMARY
In Debian11/KDE I can't change tracks' ratings: I click on Toggle Maximize in the bottom left to show the track details, and it shows track info but when I click on the stars it doesn't do anything.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Click on Toggle Maximize in the bottom left to show the track details
2. Try to rate track

OBSERVED RESULT
Rating is not set

EXPECTED RESULT
Rating is set

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Debian11
KDE Plasma Version: 5.20.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.78.0
Qt Version: 5.15.2

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The second problem is how to make the star rating display in the mini-view when you make the window have a very small width: how to display ratings (change columns) there?

This may be caused by files being read-only, see my bug report about tracks missing in the playlist when opening a m3u playlist file:

The error in the console there is:

Same root cause as Bug 465411, yeah.
