STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Be in firefox or chrome
2. click on a link that requests a local resource for which you have no handler
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
xdg-desktop-portal-kde window opens and has no close (X) button. Also clicking on the window management icon (upper left) close is not available. You have to kill the process with system monitor or process manager.

EXPECTED RESULT
expected a way to close this window without having to resort to killing a process
