Screencast demonstration of the bug

SUMMARY
On Wayland, there is a weird bug when the hamburger menu is openend and dismissed without clicking on any of its items.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Systemsettings
2. Click on the hamburger menu
3. Click on a place on the side bar, the menu disappears
4. Click on a category (Apppearance, etc.) on the side bar

OBSERVED RESULT
Category doesn't open, instead the hamburger menu appears again.
Repeatingy clicking on the category again just toggles the hamburger menu on and off.
It can be completely dismissed by either clicking on one of its items ("About KDE" etc.) or by clicking somewhere on the "main pane" of the systemsettings window (not the side bar).
(Screencast attached.)
This doesn't seem to happen under X11.

EXPECTED RESULT
The content of the clicked category should be displayed.

Reproducable on Kubuntu 22.10 + Plasma Beta PPA (real HW) and on Neon unstable live image (Virtualbox).

Kind regards, Jan
