SUMMARY
when you open kde partition manager, there are two authentication windows and the first is minimized by default


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open kde partition manager

OBSERVED RESULT
there are two authentication windows and the first is minimized by default


EXPECTED RESULT
only one  authentication window, and it is shown by default not minimized

This seems to be downstream opensuse bug.
