Download New Plasma Widgets dialog demonstrating the issue

SUMMARY

As the title suggest,  "Show Most Downloaded First" sort option is broken on Download New Plasma Widgets dialog.
The item that has 653 downloads shows up above/before item that has 121.603 downloads.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Right-click on desktop -> Add Widges -> Download New Widgets > Choose "Show Most Downloaded First" sort option
2. See the above result

OBSERVED RESULT

The item that has 653 downloads shows up above/before item that has 121.603 downloads.

EXPECTED RESULT

I'd expect the item that has 121.603 downloads to show up before the item that has 653 downloads since I selected "Show Most Downloaded First" sort option.

Can reproduce.  Other sort orders look OK
