STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Plasma System Monitor.
2. Add GPU widget to desktop/panel.
3. Check displayed value of widget.

OBSERVED RESULT
Showing 0 for GPU usage, temperature, memory frequency.

EXPECTED RESULT
Should show NVIDIA GPU usage, temperature, memory frequency correctly in real time.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Manjaro OS 64 Bit
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.26.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.100.0

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The system seems to register NVIDIA gpu as GPU 0 and Intel GPU as GPU 2. Furthermore its showing GPU 2 in GPU dropdown after clicking GPUS in widgets whereas it should show GPU 0 as 0 is id for NVIDIA GPU. It used to work fine until Plasma 5.23. Afterwards that it started showing this error.
