STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch KDE kickoff (usually by pressing 'meta' key)
2. Press 'meta + <any arrow key>' shortcut to tile it like a regular window

OBSERVED RESULT
Kickoff gets tiled according to the shortcut lake a regular window

EXPECTED RESULT
Nothing happens, or last selected window tiles accordingly
