I was just starting up my notebook normally, Lenovo P17 G1, when the Kwin unexpectedly quit message popped up. Background and desktop area did not load. Task manager and startup-iteams appear to have loaded. 

There were no updates or system changes that happened before I rebooted. The previous boot did not exhibit this behavior.
