- What I was doing when the application crashed:
Turning on or logging in to KDE Neon

- Unusual behavior I noticed:
The desktop does not load fully, (I guess because Kwin is crashing on startup. Black background, not all features available, error message and an invite to report the crash. This happens every time I load up KDE Neon, or whenever I log in.

The crash can be reproduced every time.
