Folder view vs doplhin context menu

Folder view should ideally behave as Dolphin when using the right context menu on a directory.
It misses the "Open in terminal" menu item.

Note this is for the context menu when clicking on a directory on the desktop, not the context menu when clicking on free space on the desktop. Originally filled as https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=451217#c0 but that one gor wrongly fixed for a similar fix for the free area context menu.

This is a a bug that is part of a group listing inconsistencies between Folder view context menus and Dolphin context menus. The otehr bugs are:

(I was asked to open separate bugs for these in the last bug)
