STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a stamp with an empty background with the "Preserve alpha channel" on.
2. Select a brush's "Brush tip" as predefined and using said stamp.
3. Restart Krita.

OBSERVED RESULT
Selected brush will not do anything unless a previous brush has been selected that does not have a brush tip with alpha preservation on, in which it will inherit it's properties.

EXPECTED RESULT
The brush contains it's own properties
