Screen recording

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Konsole
2. Choose Breeze color scheme
3. Set transparency to 25%
4. Check "Blur Background"
5. Open a context menu, which covers part of Konsole's window
6. OR open a menu item like  "Help"
7. OR open a window like "Help --> About"

OBSERVED RESULT
Behind the opened (context) menu / window a darker flashing rectangle appears.

If I do not move the mouse at all, the rectangle flashes in some rhythm: short -- long -- short -- long -- ...
If I move the cursor, the flashing becomes much faster.
