SUMMARY When task bar going up on boot it dissapear one right-down icon and create itself scroolbar STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1.Changing resolution manually/forcing it 2.Reinstalling whole system 3.Changing desktop icon size OBSERVED RESULT If i change icons to default value that is moderately small this issue gone but with others problem exist EXPECTED RESULT Remove this weird scroolbar from desktop its very annoying, i want use small icons but cant because of this SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Linux/KDE Plasma: Arch Linux/KDE Plasma X11 KDE Plasma Version: 5.25.2 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.96.0 Qt Version: 5.15.5 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION My pc specs: cpu- amd ryzen 5 2600 gpu- nvidia gtx 1070 ti ram- g.skill aegis 2x16gb=32gb ddr4 3000mhz psu- corsair 650w motherboard- asrock B450 Fatal1ty Gaming ITX/AC ssd- samsung 980 pro 500gb hdd- one wd blue 1tb and two 230gb samsungs network card- intel dual band 3168

Aha, I see now. Your icons have moved down and made the desktop scrollable. Are you using the "right alignment" setting? If so it could be Bug 359783.

Fixed in Plasma 5.27 by porting Folder View to a new better scroll view type that does not trigger this issue.
