SUMMARY

If you place a top bar with 100% length, Justified and have more workspaces active, the top bar will only appear on the first one. This happens randomly, if you keep restarting the latte several times, it will work at some point, but it's random, most of the time it doesn't work.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Edit the top bar, on the "Behavior" tab, "Justified" alignment.
2. Add the systray in the top bar
3. Change desktop.

OBSERVED RESULT
The top bar disappears in other workspaces.

EXPECTED OUTCOME
Keep the top bar on all desktops.
