Created attachment 147160 [details] My Latte layout (with identifying applets like calendars and weather removed) SUMMARY Upon booting and logging in, panel objects are only present on the first virtual desktop. However, editing them in any fashion will allow them to persist across different virtual desktops. With only one screen, setting "Screen" to "follow primary screen" or "eDP-1" (the ID of the laptop built in) doesn't matter -- only the fact of having changed the setting matters. Docks are unaffected. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Login 2. Switch from one virtual desktop to another 3. Panels are not showing up, but docks still are 4. Go back to the primary virtual desktop; edit any panel 5. Switch to another virtual desktop 6. ALL expected panels now visible (if set to show on the screen) SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Linux/KDE Plasma: Zen kernel, 5.16.11 (available in About System) KDE Plasma Version: 5.24.2 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.91.0 Qt Version: 5.15.2 ADDITONAL INFO: Using Kvantum themes.
I've found out two pieces of info: 1: Just opening the "edit panel" dialogs and then closing them, without changing any settings, lets them persist. 2: The bug is only on X11; Wayland doesn't have this problem.
