Screenshot with Spectacle's busy cursor

SUMMARY

Sometimes, when taking a screenshot it happens that the jumping icon, indicating that Spectacle is loading up, becomes part of the taken screenshot.

### Steps to reproduce
1. Press "print" (in my case I had set "rectangular region", "do not include mouse pointer")
2. Spectacle opens, jumping icon occurs, and Spectacle takes a screenshot automatically
