SUMMARY

With Plasma 5.25 the buggy applets after suspend returned (see screenshots below). I haven't seen it for a long time, with the update to Plasma 5.25 they returned. If you logout and login again it's fixed. Replacing Plasmashell (plasmashell --replace) doesn't work.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Update to Plasma 5.25
2. Add applets to the desktop
3. Suspend and resume from suspend

OBSERVED RESULT
Applets don't display correctly

EXPECTED RESULT
Applets are displayed as normal.

Linux/KDE Plasma: openSUSE Tumbleweed (64 Bit)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.25.1
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.95.0
Qt Version: 5.15.2
