SUMMARY
Left aligned panel on center monitor with 3 connected monitors cannot be set to "Can be covered by other windows"

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
I have 3 monitors connected, the laptop monitor, one connected by hdmi and the other by a display link connector as I show in screenshot 1, when I put the panel on the left in the center monitor and I put the option "you can cover with windows" as I show in screenshot 2, this option does not work as you can see in screenshot 3, it simply does not cover
