SUMMARY Dragging a widget from one screen to another on Wayland drops the widget on the new screen as if you released the left click button even if you keep holding on to it. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 0. Have more than 1 monitor/display 1. Be on plasma wayland session 2. Add a widget on your desktop (e.g. analogue clock) 3. In edit mode, drag this across to another display.
