Description Niisse 2022-05-16 12:03:37 UTC
SUMMARY
When selecting the Breeze Twilight theme, the global menu's text color remains black as if the light theme is enabled, despite the panel being dark. This causes the text to be illegible.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable Breeze Twilight theme
2. Have a global menu

OBSERVED RESULT
Text is dark on dark.

EXPECTED RESULT
Text should be light on dark.
