SUMMARY

After opening dolphin, When I click on a file or directory and drag it across the screen it stutters and pops around the mouse until it leaves the Dolphin window. After it leaves the Dolphin window, the icon is able to smoothly be dragged across the screen.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Open Dolphin
2.  Go to any directory and click-and-drag the icon
3.  drag in dolphin to notice stuttering and out of dolphin to notice smooth.

OBSERVED RESULT
Icon stutters across the dolphin window

EXPECTED RESULT
Icon should smoothly be drug across the window
