STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Advanced Power settings (the Energy Saving tab is selected first)
2. Go to another KCM, like Fonts

OBSERVERED RESULT
The "Apply Settings" dialog opens for no reason.

As soon as you navigate to the Activity Power Settings module an * is shown in the title bar, suggesting there are changes (even though you haven't clicked on anything yet). If you click on "Reset" the * goes away, and it no longer prompts you to apply/discard changes when navigating away.

Probably related to Bug 408882.

This is fixed by Jakob Petsovits with https://invent.kde.org/plasma/powerdevil/-/commit/8babe3530c32feb60e982eccd92fe2341091858d in Plasma 6, which re-does the entire UI and doesn't suffer from this issue anymore.
