STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open some apps (3 or more)
2. Trigger the "Present Windows" effect
3. Close apps using the Close button on the corner of each window

OBSERVED RESULT
App windows can take 2 clicks to close

EXPECTED RESULT
Closing app windows should only take 1 click

Only happens on X11, doesn't seem to happen on Wayland
