STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. click on Clipboard applet in system tray
2. hover over any entry and click on the button to edit it
3. click on the button to clear the clipboard history on top and confirm clipboard cleaning
4. try to save the clipboard entry currently in edit mode by clicking on 'Save' button on bottom

OBSERVED RESULT
clipboard entry is not saved and the clipboard is empty

EXPECTED RESULT
clipboard entry is saved

Can confirm. Maybe we should disable the "Clear history" button while you're editing an entry. It doesn't really make sense to be able to clear the history while you're in the middle of editing a history entry.

Oh, basically the same issue as Bug 448649, which has an open merge request to fix it.
