After waking up from sleep, all the window titlebars stay frozen. If I hover over the buttons, they stay the same. If I try to resize the window, the titlebar just stretches.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. put computer to sleep
2. wake computer up
3. stretch window border

OBSERVED RESULT
window borders freeze

EXPECTED RESULT
window borders don't freeze
