(Well i don't wanna call this one a bug more like a problem)
SUMMARY

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Fire up the kickoff menu or any other applet
2. Pin it
3. Open overview (Meta+Ctrl+D or hot corner)

STEPS TO REPRODUCE 2 (without pinning)
1. trigger overview (Meta+Ctrl+D or hot corner)
2. Meta (for triggering the kickoff)
3. a ghost window will show up.

OBSERVED RESULT
kickoff and other applets are considered as "windows" in overview effect.

EXPECTED RESULT
kickoff and other applets shouldn't be considered as "windows" in overview effect
