SUMMARY
Under wayland, in all layouts of the desktop grid, graphical tablet(eg. wacom) clicks and movements are ignored. 

When I move my pen, the cursor stays where the cursor was when the desktop grid was activated. If I hover outside the tablet's hover height, the cursor disappears, and when I hover back into the tablet's hover height, the cursor reappears where the cursor was when the desktop grid was activated.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable the "Desktop Grid" desktop effect
2. Activate the effect
3. Attempt to use a tablet when the effect is activated

OBSERVED RESULT
Tablet input is functional

EXPECTED RESULT
Tablet input is dysfuctional
