EXPECTED RESULT a list of themes SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Windows: macOS: Linux/KDE Plasma: kernel 5.16.9 /5.24 (available in About System) KDE Plasma Version: 5.24.1 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.91 Qt Version: 5.15 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Having various permission issues in settings as well. Same user problem where cannot change any picture for my user and not sure if there is a fix. Again Wayland on Arch Linux with SystemD -boot enabled. Hope someone can help fix whatever is going on.

Mr. Silva: Thank you for that information. Looked at the chain for the bug report you cited regarding the user-Kcm module. It is unclear whether or not I should modify the account service systemd unit or not? Please advise and thanks again! Resolved the get themes issue as apparently had not installed all needed kcm libraries. Still working on user-kcm problem. Thanks to Mr. Silva for the response. I think it is safe to call the themes bug I reported resolved.
