SUMMARY

Pressing the Meta key in the effect, opens Kickoff, but it's not possible to do something with it. It's as non-interactive as the  panel. Hitting the Meta key again, closes Kickoff. Clicking on Kickoff, while it's open, closes the effect.

Not sure, what is the intention to do with it.
