STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. use Wayland session
2. lock your screen
3. unlock your screen
4. right-click on wallpaper or any icon on desktop

OBSERVED RESULT
nothing happens. After unlocking the screen, the context menu only opens after 3 right-clicks.

EXPECTED RESULT
right-click on desktop should work after unlocking the screen

Same root cause as Bug 427542; requires https://codereview.qt-project.org/c/qt/qtwayland/+/347783 which is not merged yet.
