STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open dolphin
2. Select and drag folders and/or files.

OBSERVED RESULT
Jittery drag effect

EXPECTED RESULT
Smooth drag effect

Linux/KDE Plasma: 5.16.8-arch1-1

Tested on Wayland, on two systems. One Intel, and the other all AMD.
