SUMMARY *** Keyboard shortcuts stop working randomly. It was possible to quick fix this problem earlier by disabling and then enabling the "Manage keyboard layouts" checkbox in System Settings > Input Devices > Keyboard > Layouts, but now all the layouts disappear after doing this. *** STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Set up a shortcut to switch to a specific layout; 2. Switch layouts by general shortcuts; 3. Switch layouts by the shortcut from step one; 4. Repeat the process until you observe the result. OBSERVED RESULT Shortcuts (including all the others) stop working systemwide. EXPECTED RESULT Shortcuts work normally. That looks like a problem per se, could you report it also?

Thanks, please mark the new filed bug related, then. > It was possible to quick fix this > problem earlier by disabling and then enabling the "Manage keyboard layouts" > checkbox in System Settings > Input Devices > Keyboard > Layouts, but now > all the layouts disappear after doing this. We also got some regressions recently with the reconfiguration (bug 450319 bug 450322). Might be related. I'm not aware of the details, though.
